RIG 801 Folder

The Rigoli RIG 801 folder is an outstanding off-line folder that has been engineered to the highest standards. It is an ideal folder for copy shops or busy design offices as it has been designed to be reliable, produce consistent folds whilst working at speed silently.

Engineering and performance

The RIG 801 is engineered to last from the ground up. It has a robust floor stand which provides a solid platform for its heavy duty roller system. As a result it produces consistent high quality folds up to a maximum length of 4m with a maximum width of 1070mm.

Speed is impressive as it can fold 17 meters per minute with only the shortest of pauses between each fold. However it achieves this level of performance despite operating silently. 

The folder is also remarkably compact taking up a very small foot print of 134cm x 107cm x 104 cm (H)

The RIG 801 is packed with features

It has 4 programed folding modes:

• Presentation mode - first and last folds form identical-width covers
• Filing mode with projecting border of 20 mm (configurable for other widths)
• Parallel mode with width of last fold unspecified
• Cross-fold mode (max. A0) with second-pass fold adjustable from 280 to 310 mm;

Operators can select front or back ejection depending on which folding setting is being used. The widths of folds can also be adjusted in all modes from 175mm to 215mm in one millimeter increments. 

A separate Cross Fold unit can be added to the RIG 801 folder to enable drawings to be folded down to an A4 format.

Customers can buy the RIG 801 with the full assurance that Entwistle Group have in house fully qualified Rigoli trained engineers. Although these folders are exceptionally reliable in the event of a breakdown our engineers should be able to have your Rigoli folder back to operational speed in no time. 

For total peace of mind customers can purchase a service contract. Under the agreement customers benefit from a yearly service visit to keep the folder at peak performance. In the event of a breakdown our engineers will fix the machine free of charge as all parts and labour are included. 

Free training and Installation

We want our customers to maximise the performance of their machine which is why we offer free installation and training. Although the folders are simple to use our customers benefit greatly from a on site training.
