Over the years we have found 3mm foamex (Expanded PVC) board to be a tough, versatile and smooth back for signs and an excellent choice for busy public buildings. Having a rigid back the signs can be mounted on uneven walls and if fixed correctly they are extremely hard wearing. They are lightweight and can be hung easily using either double sided tape, Velcro or fixed using screws. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED our online designs are not pre drilled or supplied with fixings and come with square corners. If you preferr drilled holes or a radius corner please contact us directly as we print all our signs from our Manchester facility and can be flexible. 

We print directly on to the foamex board using waterproof and light fast inks. Foamex should not be confused with Foamboard which is a lighter indoor grade board, which can warp and is delicate to handle.
