There is much excitement at the arrival of our new flatbed printer and cutter. We have invested in these machines to bring flat bed large format printing and cutting in-house. This means we can offer a whole new range of additional services and have complete control over quality and speed.

The Arizona can print directly on to any material up to 50mm thick using its amazing UV cure inks. In addition to the standard lightfast waterproof inks we also have white ink and clear gloss varnish installed enabling us to achieve some stunning effects on glass, mirror, plastic, wood & metal.

White ink can be printed underneath the normal CMYK ink giving greater vibrancy and accuracy on dark materials but can also work to back the colours when printing on clear materials like glass or acrylic.

Once printed these sheets can be placed onto the Summa cutter where with its 3 cutting heads it can contour cut just about anything. Onyx Thrive software creates the cutting path giving super accurate cutting whatever the material. Great for point of sale, events and internal/external signage.
